Please join the IowACE Board of Directors for our Annual Meeting open to all active Members. We will also provide an online Zoom option if you are interested, see the Zoom information below.

The agenda will include the following:
- Current report/updates from Board Officers
- Review the past year's financials
- Discuss and approve a budget for the next fiscal year
- Discuss and vote on by-law changes that were reviewed by the Executive Board at the 3.28.25 meeting
- Nominate and vote on Board of Directors openings. Openings are for 1st Vice President and Secretary. We do have a new Secretary that was appointed and started a few months ago and has been nominated to serve again. Per our by-laws we have to take other nominations and vote on that.
