Code Enforcement Software

I am curious what different types of Code Enforcement Software are out there? We currently use EnerGov to manage all our cases but also have Cartegraph that has the See Click Fix feature that residents can log requests (complaints) online. Does anyone know if Cartegraph can do Code Enforcement cases and build violation notices out in the field? rnrnI am looking for an all-in-one system, where citizens can log requests online and it connects with an actual case, I can take photos and create violation notices in the field, and the residents can logon and see the current status of their request/case.rnrnWe are in an age where citizens want instant access to information and with us having two separate systems that do not talk to one another, it is labor intensive to keep both updated all the time.rnrnThanks in advance for any input you have.
